These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayVillage mobile application ("App"), operated by The Developer ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION
The App is a closed social network designed to help parents or legal guardians coordinate and manage play date requests for their children.
The App functions solely as a convenience and communication tool. It allows users to request, accept, or decline play dates with other families.
The App does not provide childcare services, supervision services, or safety guarantees.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You may only use the App if:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are a parent or legal supervisor of the child involved
You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHILD SAFETY
The parent or legal supervisor of the child remains fully responsible for the child's safety, health, and well-being at all times.
Responsibility for a child cannot be transferred to another user or party through the App, even if another family agrees to take care of the child during a play date.
4. NO LIABILITY FOR USER CONDUCT
The creator or developer of the App is not responsible for:
- The conduct, behavior, or actions of any user
- Any misconduct, negligence, or unlawful acts of other users
- Any incidents, injuries, damages, or disputes arising from play dates arranged through the App
All interactions and arrangements are made at the users' own risk.
5. NO FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
The creator or developer of the App does not accept any financial responsibility for:
- Medical expenses
- Property damage
- Legal claims
- Any other losses or costs resulting from use of the App
6. USER CONTENT
Users are responsible for the content they share within the App and must not share unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable European and Dutch laws.

8. APP STORE DISCLAIMER
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the App or its content.
9. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
